1. Handling Time (Order Processing)

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
  • Custom orders or large-volume items may take slightly longer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer delivery via:

  • Freight shipping for large water tanks and bulk orders
  • Standard ground shipping for accessories and smaller items

Shipping method is automatically determined based on the size and weight of your order.

3. Freight Delivery Details

If your order includes large tanks or palletized shipments:

  • A freight carrier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off window.
  • Deliveries are typically curbside only. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
  • You may be responsible for unloading or moving the product from the curbside.

Important: Please inspect your delivery for damage before signing. If damage is present, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The continental United States (Lower 48 states)

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Freight access (e.g., residential vs. commercial delivery)

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Freight shipments may also include a call or email from the carrier to arrange delivery.

7. Transit Time (Delivery Estimates)

Delivery time varies based on destination and carrier schedules:

  • Standard ground: 3–7 business days
  • Freight delivery: 5–10 business days (longer for remote areas)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be in processing and subject to return or restocking policies.
