Warranty Overview

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use from the original date of purchase.

If a defect arises during the warranty period and you meet the eligibility requirements, EmergencyWaterTanks.com will, at its discretion, either:

• Replace the product with a new or equivalent model, or
• Refund the original purchase price.

Covered Under This Warranty

• Structural cracks, leaks, or failure due to manufacturing defects
• Defective components (spigots, caps, vents, etc.)
  

Fitting-Specific Issues

If your tank has a defective fitting (such as a spigot, cap, or vent), please note that this does not qualify for a full tank replacement. Instead, we will provide a replacement fitting at no cost to you.

To resolve a defective fitting issue:

1. Submit a warranty claim using the form below or email our support team.
2. Include clear photos of the defective fitting and how it is installed.
3. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement fitting along with simple instructions for removal and reinstallation.

This ensures a faster resolution without the need to return or replace the entire tank.

Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, mishandling, freezing, or improper maintenance
• Damage from over-pressurization or chemical storage
• Tank damage from sun exposure
• Cosmetic wear and tear (minor scratches or fading)
• Use in commercial/industrial settings unless rated for such use
• Modifications or use with non-approved accessories

Warranty Eligibility Requirements

• Product purchased directly from EmergencyWaterTanks.com or an authorized dealer
• Original proof of purchase required
• Tank used and maintained according to product guidelines
• For 5-Year Warranty: Product must be registered within 30 days of purchase

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

• Your full name and contact info
• Your order number and proof of purchase
• Photos or video showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem and how the tank has been used

Please do not return any items without authorization. If a return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Replacement & Refund Policy

• A replacement part or new tank may be issued at no cost
• A store credit or refund may be provided if replacement isn’t feasible
• A similar model may be substituted if the original is unavailable

Limitations of Liability

• Water damage
